50% downpayment on booking within 14 days to confirm the contract
The downpayment is fully refundable if the contract is cancelled 8 weeks before arrival
25% refundable if cancelled up to 2 weeks before arrival
Nonrefundable if cancelled later than that.
Rest of payment is due upon arrival or by transfer 2 weeks before that.

Pets are allowed only after consulting the management.

Minimum stay is 1 week (surcharge of 25% for shorter stays)
A security deposit of € 300.00 can be aplicable paid upon arrival.
