A security deposit of € 300.00 has to be paid upon arrival.

The Rental Property must be rented for at least one week (7 nights).

If a rental period of 14 nights is exceeded then the costs for final cleaning are included in the rental fee; in any other case, € 130.00 is charged.
           
The rental fee includes the costs for electricity and water. The air conditioning units in the kitchen, living room, and wellness are can be used upon request. Their consumption is offset with the security deposit at the time of departure.

The costs are € 0.20 per kilowatt hour. The consumption can be read on the separate meter.

50% of the rental fee has to be paid within 14 days after signing the Rental Agreement. The account for this down-payment is will be provided by the landlord.

The remaining balance is due and payable in cash to the Landlord's representative upon arrival. If the time between the date the Agreement is signed and the date of the start of the rental is less than 14 days, then the entire amount is due and payable to the specified account immediately after the Agreement is concluded.

The security deposit of € 300.00 must be paid to the Landlord's representative upon arrival and it will be   returned at the time of departure provided the Rental Property is returned without objections. Any costs for cleaning or for consumables are deducted from it.

If the Tenant is in arrears with the payment by more than 14 days then the Landlord is entitled to terminate the Agreement without notice and without stating any reasons and the Landlord is entitled to rent it to someone else.

The effectiveness of the Rental Agreement is subject to the transfer of a copy of the passport and the signed Rental Agreement either by e-mail to info@casageniol.com
or by fax to +43 924 78 46.

If the Tenant cancels (terminates) the Agreement prior to the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant, who will enter into the Agreement under the same terms and conditions, then the following proportionate rents must be paid as damages (excluding the final cleaning), provided the property cannot be rented to anyone else:

Cancellation:

up to 49 days prior to arrival: up to 35 days prior to arrival: up to 21 days prior to arrival: up to 14 days prior to arrival: otherwise (later than 14 days prior to the rental period):

- 50% of the rental fee - 60% of the rental fee - 70% of the rental fee - 90% of the rental fee - 100% of the rental fee
